 We've updated our show calendar to include our large raft of holiday parties this year, as well as events well into the summer of 2003. So if you're interested in booking The Neurotics or HourGlass for your event, get in touch now, before your preferred dates fill up.

So far, we're playing all private events until next April, when we expect to make our tenth annual appearance at the Vancouver Sun Run.

Forty-two years ago, on September 19, 1960, Chubby Checker's "The Twist" hit #1 for the first time. The next year, it would be the first (and still only) song to hit #1 for the second time.

Today in rock history, Bob Dylan played his first gig (in 1961) and debuted the film Don't Look Back six years later (1967). Two years after that (1969), David Bowie's "Space Oddity" first hit the charts, and, in 1986, Bananarama reached #1 with their remake of "Venus."

For cultural impact, we'd have to go with Bananarama, wouldn't you say?

 Our gallery of photos from August 2002, including the Celebration of Light fireworks and the beach party at the Jericho Tennis Club, is finally online. Sorry it took so long.

Our next show is September 28 at the Shaughnessy Golf Club, and is a private event.
